Hey there everyone!!

The placement season has begun.....

A real crucial phase in life...As they say "Take off the blinders. You have to see opportunity before you can seize it." Hence make the best utilization for all the opportunities that come your way....

Very honestly for HR management people, the opportunities are scarce. Hence taking the full advantage of whatever comes your way should be a wise decision. Dear Friends, Clearing the Gd or solving a case study (it is part of the recruitment process for many companies) will help you to make it to the Personal Interview round. But then again it is equally important that you make it through this round as well. However I have seen many HR fresher taking the PI round quite lightly with the notion that after a strenuous GD, a PI should be a facile win...However it holds true but SELDOM. As it is rightly said "An everyday lucky man is as rare as a white crow... :))” Moral of the story....You always have to be very well prepared to face the interview panel.
